In BMC® (Body-Mind Centering®) and IBMT (Integrative Bodywork & Movement Therapy) we focus on the dynamic relationship between consciousness, spirit, mind, thought, sensation and feeling. Consciousness permeates every single cell of our body, which has the ability to perceive, move, respond and transform. This week celebrates the ‘Diversity’ of nature, body and community and the potential of ‘Balance’ between all the elements of a system.
17 teachers from Berlin invite you to 5 days and 15 classes of BMC® and IBMT, to sample the diversity of their applications in one space, and enjoying the experience of body in diversity and balance through perception and movement.

Eine Woche mit BMC® und IBMT in der Somatischen Akademie, Berlin

In BMC® (Body-Mind Centering®) und IBMT (Integrative Bodywork & Movement Therapy) beschäftigen wir uns mit den dynamischen Zusammenhängen zwischen Körper und Geist, Bewusstsein, Gedanken und Gefühlen. Bewusstsein durchdringt den ganzen Körper, jede einzelne Zelle kann wahrnehmen, sich bewegen und handeln. Diversität steht für die Vielfalt in Natur, Körper und Gesellschaft. Balance steht für die Ausgeglichenheit aller Potentiale in einem gegebenen System.
17 Lehrer_innen aus Berlin laden an 5 Tagen und 15 Klassen ein, BMC® wie auch IBMT in seiner Vielfalt an einem Ort zu erfahren und den Körper in seiner Diversität und Balance, in Wahrnehmung und Bewegung zu erleben.
