Estonia, NOTAFE: Practices for Radical Embodiment

This workshop is a week-long offering of embodied movement explorations, rituals and rhythmic passages through improvisation and partnering practices. Each class focuses on a different aspect of embodied anatomy and developmental movement, with a special focus on the orchestrations of various internal rhythms. The teaching is based on Body-Mind Centering®, Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis, improvisation practices and somatic movement therapy. These explorations provide pathways of coherence and presence and a space for joyful movement  - and perhaps most importantly - a place to meet ourselves and eachother fully. In all my teaching I am interested in stretching the fabric of habit, making room for choice and change.
