These classes explore the Basic Neurocellular Patterns along with their systemic support from Fluids, Organs, Endocrine glands, Bones, Muscles and Ligaments/Fascia. We use anatomical imagery, movement explorations and hands-on work to find easeful ways into being in our bodies and in relationship with gravity, space and other.
