World made with breath - online course

World made with Breath - Online Series

This online series explores breath as a a potential, as a capacity and as a practice. We’ll look at how breathing emerged in evolution, in embryology, through early infancy and childhood - we’ll explore anatomical connections and somatic suggestions around breath and breathing. Instead of teaching exercises, I wish us to meet the breath as an exchange of gifts, of capacities, of connections and reciprocities. Each session lasts for 2hrs and will include anatomical explorations, self-touch, simple movement and sound, as well as some verbal sharing of thoughts and experiences. Recordings are available for further viewing for 2 weeks afterwards.
