• A Deposit of £50 is payable on booking.

• A place on any course is not guaranteed until the deposit of £50 is paid. The balance of the course fee is due one month before the course start date to guarantee a place.

• Courses are reduced by 5% if booked at least 2 months in advance.

Course:

The study of the cell is a characteristic of Body-Mind Centering as a template for the body-mind continuum and the experience of cellular consciousness. Expanding on the exploration and research of cellular consciousness, we experience the cell membranes and the internal, minute but vital subcellular structures like the mitochondria and the nucleus.

Through this experience we widen our awareness of how these micro-structures relate to the body systems at a macro level.
