The Core of Expression - The missing link in the world of improvisation, this workshop builds a bridge between the physical sensation world of body experience and the mental activity of mind. We ground each day with sensing, exercises that bring the attention to the actual present moment body experience… From there, we move the sensory work into the field of expression. Attention is set on the kinesthetic as the springboard for artistic expression.
Workshop is open to all levels.
